The Expert Witness AssistedSearch service offers you the option to retain us for a FLAT fee to search over 1,450 areas of expertise for the candidate Expert Witnesses responsive to your case, review qualifications, and screen for conflicts!
"How Does It Work?"
- We will email you a brief questionnaire for a clearer understanding of the nuances of the case.
- After our correspondence with you, our team will process your request and interview each potential Expert Witness to determine qualifications, potential contribution to the case, and potential conflicts.
- At the conclusion of the process, we will send you a report of our most qualified group of candidates.
- We will also create an Account for you and include a link to each qualified expert witness. Each case is tracked separately.
- Our flat fee is $995.00 for a minimum of 6 hours of work at an hourly rate of $165.00.
- If we do not have any qualified members satisfactory to you, we will expand the search to inactive members and others in our network.
- At no point do we add a premium to the expert's hourly fees should you ultimately hire the expert!
